Randolph joined the City of Murfreesboro in 2020 as Assistant Director of Employee Services and was promoted in 2021 to Director of Employee Services. As Director, Randolph oversees all functions of human resources for the City which include strategic planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, policy development and implementation, talent management, succession planning, training and development, total rewards, workers’ compensation and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legislation.
Randolph is a strategic and innovative leader with progressive experience in private and public organizations. He has driven strategy and change management in various industries, such as retail, education, security, hospitality, consumer service, healthcare, distribution, manufacturing and government.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Logistics from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville, TN, and received his master’s degree in Organization Management from Trevecca University in Nashville, TN. He holds the following certifications: SHRM-SCP, DEI, DDI, and Prosci Change Management.
Randolph enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing pool, and card games, and going to sporting events - especially if the TN Titans or TN Vols are playing football or basketball.
